For this week’s challenge I thought we’d do something different. You must include the following sentence in your written piece:
The ice cream truck’s jingle was suddenly drowned out by the roar of thunder, changing the course of the little girl’s day.

One day, there was a boy called Jacob. He loved ice cream, but his parents did not allow ice cream because it was bad for you. Each day, he would steal money from his parents but there was no ice cream trucks.
One afternoon, the best thing happened to him. He ran as fast as he could to go get the money and went to go buy ice cream without anyone knowing. The ice cream truck’s jingle was suddenly drowned by the roar of thunder, changing the course of the little boy’s day.

The Moaning Girl
In the morning, the little girl was bored and didn’t know what to do. She tried to draw, paint or read but none of that was entertaining her. She laid down on the sofa and moaned loudly. Her mom came in and asked “What happened Elsa?”
“I’m bored,” moaned Elsa. “Nothing here makes me happy.”
A few minutes later, an ice cream truck song could be heard. The girl quickly stood up and said,”MOMMY I want the ice cream please, please pretty please.”
“Of course,” mom’s voice can be heard echoing down the stairways.
The girl happily went outside and the ice cream truck was waiting for her. When suddenly, the ice cream truck’s jingle was suddenly drowned out by the roar of thunder, changing the course of the little girl’s day. The girl cried and burst back to her house.

One day, there was a tiny four-year-old girl eagerly waiting for ice cream. As she skipped and smiled throughout her way to the ice cream shop, she neared her destination. The ice cream truck’s jingle was suddenly drowned out by the roar of thunder, changing the course of the little girl’s day. The little girl went back home disappointed then her parent happily came and gave her a new cold ice cream. The little was happy and they all made homemade ice cream.

But safely they were safe, and they saw a city. So, the little girl helped the ice cream truck sell ice cream… Suddenly more people appeared they started to like the ice cream, and they were famous. They were happy.

One day a girl named Ella woke up. She saw that it was very sunny, so she thought it was going to be an amazing day. Waking up with a great smile, she went down to eat her breakfast. Her mother was so surprised because not every day she will be happy she even told her mom that the food was remarkable.
After that, she walked outside and saw an ice cream truck far away when the ice cream truck reached, but suddenly the ice cream truck’s jingle was suddenly drowned out by the roar of thunder changing the course of the little girl’s day.
